Report a story
If you believe a story is inappropriate for its rating, resembles an existing work, or contains an error, email us with the story title and the concern. Ratings are reviewed within two working days.
Rights and takedown
If you believe content on Flinchd infringes your rights, follow the steps on our takedown page so we can act quickly.
Privacy and your data
For a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion of your account and reading history, email us with the subject line "Privacy" from the address you signed up with. We answer these within 30 days, and usually within a week. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy, and account deletion can also be done yourself from your account.
Sending us a story
Please do not email stories. Submissions go through the submissions page, which tells you what we take, what we pay and what rights you keep. Anything sent to the general address is not read as a submission and will not be considered.
Advertising
We show one small five-second ad card when a story opens. To advertise directly, email us with the subject line "Advertising".
